3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-reply model, ranging from $30 to $100 per qualified lead response, depending on the advertising channels and services selected. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

• Standard Channels: $30 per replied lead
• Premium Channels: $65 per replied lead
• Enterprise Channels: $100 per replied lead

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Using the service in accordance with our acceptable use policy

5. Data Protection and Privacy

LeafNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding payments will become due.
